I completely agree. I've never really thought about this much, but I also feel healthier when I am outside. As I think about it, I also feel more alive and not as stressed. It is definitely an interesting phenomenon.

The most likely reason that being outside enhances brainpower is vitamin d, which has been linked to brain health and development. Other than this, being outside may lower stress which can enhance your clarity. -

Aleks Karapetyan 102 4/22/2025 5:03 PMRecently I've been sleeping for more hours, however this sleep includes me waking up at various points in the night. I noticed that this has left me feeling more tired despite sleeping longer, I feel more mentally exhausted and like my brain is foggy. I want to shift my sleep patterns to be more deep without interruptions but I don't know exactly how to do so. Cutting back on naps has helped slightly because it leaves me more tired at the end of the day, but this is also hard because I'm more tired in general. -

Feeding the world with clean and organic food will take many changes to become sustainable but will be a better option for our environment and our collective health as people.
