    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I left my water bottle at home last time i went home, and I noticed how many plastic water bottles I was going through without thinking about it, being able to refill a water bottle has reduced the number of times I take out recycling per week

    Taking the time to put myself in nature and get some distance from work for a little bit each day has made me significantly less stressed
